PROTOTYPE β’ SAMPLE DRIVERThe driver ID and QR system gives participating pedicab drivers a visible connection to the stories and information documented through Kuwentong Pedicab.
Instead of simply identifying a pedicab as a mode of transportation, the system allows passengers to learn more about the driver they actually rode with and share feedback about their experience.
A participating pedicab driver receives a physical ID containing their basic information and a unique QR code.
After riding with the participating driver, the passenger scans the QR code displayed on the driver's ID or pedicab.
The QR code directs the passenger to the specific driver's profile, where they can view information about the driver, their usual area, and current rating.
The passenger can select a rating based on their ride experience and submit it through the driver profile.
The system connects the passenger's experience with the driver's documented profile, helping give participating drivers greater visibility within the project.
